    What does the 5ATM water resistance rating mean for my Eniton watch?

    Your Eniton watch is rated 5ATM (Water Resistant 50 meters).  This means it is suitable for everyday use and can withstand splashes, rain, and showering.  It is also suitable for swimming in shallow water.  While our internal testing pushes the limits to 10ATM, we conservatively rate it at 5ATM for long-term reliability.  However, we do not recommend wearing it for diving, snorkeling, or high-speed water sports where pressure levels can vary significantly.

  • How should I maintain my automatic mechanical Eniton watch?

    For optimal performance of your automatic mechanical watch, we recommend regularly winding the crown or ensuring it stays active through daily wear to keep the mainspring charged.  Additionally, please avoid strong impacts or vibrations, such as those during intense sports or accidental drops, to protect the delicate internal movement.
     

  • What is your warranty and after-sales service policy?

    We back our quality with a comprehensive 12-month warranty that covers repairs for any manufacturing defects or material faults.  Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, improper use, or normal wear and tear.  For any after-sales support, simply contact our dedicated customer service team at [insert your email address here].  We will promptly respond and arrange a solution for you.
     

  • What quality control checks are performed on each Eniton watch before it leaves the factory?

    Every single Eniton timepiece undergoes rigorous quality control inspections before shipping.  This includes precise timekeeping accuracy checks to ensure reliable performance and a water resistance test to verify it meets our stated standards.  We are committed to delivering a watch of exceptional quality and reliability right from the start.
